Your FounderOS can start with your personal knowledge, notes, goals, or projects. The same encoding method also applies to your business, its tools, and its workflows. You build around the material and work that matter to you.

You can start without knowing how to code. Your AI helps with the reading, structuring, and building while we guide you through the process. The pre-flight clinic, optional 1-on-1 setup slot, and written Workbook support the setup. Bring your files and make time to build along.
Real numbers: the AI plan that runs your OS is $100–$200 a month. I run two companies on about $260 a month, total. That replaces work you would hire for, and one class is specifically about keeping that bill small.
Tools got acquired and APIs changed mid-Cohort 1, and every build kept working, because the value is the architecture, not the tool. I run mine through Claude Code today and could move it tomorrow. The files are yours; the library keeps updating after you join.
I teach on a Mac and that is the smoothest path. Windows works, and unlike most programs, the Workbook ships a written, tested Windows path, because we learned exactly where Windows bites.
About 5–8 hours a week, for two weeks. And the build is the time-saving work: every class ends with something running that hands hours back. The system you finish with is how you get the time you don’t have.
We build together across six live sessions: setup, your context, your encoded workspace, and your FounderOS. You work with your own material, with Q&A, recordings, and the Workbook to help you keep moving. The aim is an OS you understand and can keep building on.
